摘 要:针对龙泉煤矿回采期间受底板承压水影响造成工作面回采难度大、安全系数低、透水事故率高等技术难题,依据“三等效”保水开采理论,以底板水原位保护为原则,形成一套适合类似矿井的“安全、高效、经济、与生态环境相协调”的保水开采技术体系,并在4305工作面回采中进行应用实践。应用效果表明,对具有底板承压水害煤层采取保水开采后,优化了水资源利用,减少了污水排放量,降低了透水事故率,取得了显著应用成效。In response to the technical challenges of high difficulty,low safety factor,and high water permeability accident rate caused by the influence of bottom plate confined water during coal mining,Longquan Coal Mine,based on the"three equivalent"water conservation mining theory and the principle of in-situ protection of bottom plate water,has formed a water conservation mining technology system suitable for similar mines,which is"safe,efficient,economical,and coordinated with the ecological environment",and it is applied in the mining of 4305 working face.The application effect shows that after adopting water conservation mining for coal seams with floor pressure water hazards,water resource utilization is optimized,sewage discharge is reduced,and the rate of water leakage accidents is reduced,achieving significant application results.
