摘　　要：目的:探讨达雷妥尤单抗不良反应的发生规律和临床表现特点,为临床安全合理用药提供参考。方法:检索中国知网、万方、维普、PubMed、Web of Science、Embase等数据库收载的不良反应(ADRs)个案,进行统计分析。结果:收集的达雷妥尤单抗ADRs的个案报道16篇共19例,其中男性9例(47.37%),女性10例(52.63%),年龄分布在(61.63±11.32)岁,原患疾病主要为多发性骨髓瘤(18例,94.73%),ADRs多发生在用药后365 d内(16例,88.89%),累及眼部、脑部、肠道、肝脏、血液和淋巴系统,多为说明书未记载的不良反应。结论:临床应加强对达雷妥尤单抗相关ADRs的认识和监测,及时诊断与治疗,确保用药安全。OBJECTIVE To investigate the regularity and clinical characteristics of adverse drug reactions(ADRs)of daratumumab in order to provide reference for clinical medication.METHODS Case reports of the ADRs induced by daratumumab were retrieved from the databases of CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,PubMed,Web of Science and Embase,etc.RESULTS A total of 19 cases were reported in 16 papers,including 9 males(47.37%)and 10 females(52.63%).The mean age of the patients was(61.63±11.32)years old.The primary disease was multiple myeloma(n=18,94.73%).ADRs mostly occurred within 365 days after medication(n=16,88.89%),involving eyes,brain,colon,liver,blood and lymphatic systems.Most of the ADRs were not recorded in the drug instruction.CONCLUSION It is necessary to strengthen the understanding and monitoring the ADRs induced by daratumumab,and timely perform diagnosis and treatment of the ADRs to ensure medication safety.
