不同处理对红锥嫩枝扦插成活率的影响

摘　　要：通过设置不同轻基质、不同生根剂和不同消毒剂处理,探讨不同处理对红锥(Castanopsis hystrix)嫩枝扦插效果的影响。结果表明:不同处理对红锥嫩枝扦插成活率均存在显著或极显著性差异,其中,不同轻基质处理中,T4基质(4有机质∶3椰糠∶3红心土)的红锥嫩枝扦插成活率最高,为88.67%;不同生根剂处理中,“硕丰收”生根剂(400倍液)处理扦插成活率最高,为86.33%;不同消毒剂处理中,甲基托布津处理扦插成活率最高,为71.63%。红锥嫩枝扦插繁殖建议采用T4基质(4有机质∶3椰糠∶3红心土)+“硕丰收”生根剂(400倍液)+甲基托布津(500倍液)处理。The effects of different treatments on cuttings of Castanopsis hystrix were studied by setting different light substrate,different rooting agents and different disinfectants.The results showed as follows:there were significant differences in the survival rates of C.hystix cuttings under different treatments,among which after treatments with different light substrate,the survival rate of C.hystix cuttings in T4 substrate(4 organic matter:3 coconut bran:3 red soil)was the highest,at 88.67%;among the different rooting agent treatments,the survival rate of C.hystix cuttings treated with“Shuofengshou”rooting agent(400 times liquid)was the highest,reaching 86.33%;among different disinfectant treatments,the survival rate of cuttings treated with methylthiophane was the highest,which was 71.63%.It is recommended to treat the asexual propagation of C.hystix cuttings with T4 substrate(4 organic matter:3 coconut bran:3 red soil)+“Shuofengshou”rooting agent(400 times liquid)+methylthiophanate(500 times liquid).
