摘 要:针对界面滑移和惯性力效应对水润滑轴承润滑性能的影响展开研究。推导综合考虑界面滑移和惯性力效应的修正雷诺方程,采用有限差分法求解研究轴承润滑机制,给出界面滑移和惯性力效应对水膜压力、承载力和摩擦因数的影响规律。针对某实际轴承分别采用提出的模型和有限元法进行润滑性能计算,二者结果吻合较好。研究结果表明:界面滑移和惯性力效应不改变润滑性能参数随偏心率变化趋势,界面滑移降低了润滑性能参数的数值大小,最大降幅5%左右,惯性力效应则略微增大其数值,最大增幅小于1%;相比于界面滑移,惯性力对润滑性能的影响较小,几乎可以忽略。研究结果对水润滑轴承的设计与计算具有一定的指导意义。Researches of water lubricated bearing considering wall slip and inertial force effect were carried out for the study of lubrication mechanism and performance.On the basement of the establishment of the modified Reynolds equations considering wall slip and inertial force effect,the finite difference method was used to solve the equation.The effects of wall slip and inertial force on the water film pressure distribution,bearing capacity and friction coefficient were given.The pro-posed model and finite element method were used to calculate the lubrication performance of a certain actual bearing,and the results of the two were in good agreement.Researches show that wall slip and inertial force effect do not change the dis-tribution of pressure,thickness,load capacity and friction coefficient.Inertial force effect slightly increases the pressure peak,load-carrying capacity and the friction coefficient by around 1%,while wall slip reduces them by around 5%.Compared with wall slip,the effect of inertia force on lubrication performance is relatively small and can be almost ignored.Research results have a certain significance for the design and calculation of water lubricated bearing.
