等差分布微槽平行滑动轴承油膜承载力分析

摘  要:为提升平行滑动轴承的油膜承载力,在平行滑动轴承上加工了间距为等差数列的槽织构,并建立轴承的油膜模型;基于入口吸入理论和连续性方程,对轴承的油膜承载力进行解析计算。解析解表明,在各个槽都空化的前提下,与均匀分布的槽织构相比,槽间距为等差分布的槽织构能提升油膜承载力,且油膜承载力随织构等差分布的公差的增大呈抛物线形式增大。基于Fluent多相流空化模型,计算了带有等差分布微槽轴承的油膜承载力,并结合解析计算和数值计算结果分析不同因素对油膜承载力的影响。结果表明:在满足空化条件时,解析计算与数值计算结果均显示出相同规律,验证了解析计算的正确性;与均布槽织构比较,在不同压差下,等差分布槽织构最大使油膜承载力提升了32.57%,在不同槽深时,等差分布槽织构最大使油膜承载力提升了24.43%,在不同油膜厚度下,等差分布槽织构最大使油膜承载力提升了27.51%。In order to improve the load carrying capacity(LCC)of oil film of the parallel slider bearing,the groove texture distributed in arithmetic progression was processed on the parallel slider bearing,and the oil film model of the bearing was established.Based on the inlet suction theory and continuity equation,the LCC of oil film was analyzed and calculated.The analytical solution shows that under the condition that cavitation occurred in each groove,the grooves distributed in arithmetic progression can improve the LCC of oil film when compared with the uniformly distributed grooves,and its changing amount increases in the form of parabola with the increase of common difference when textures are distributed in arithmetic progression.Based on the multiphase flow cavitation model in Fluent,the LCC of oil film of the bearing with grooves distributed in arithmetic progression was numerically calculated.The effects of different factors on the LCC were analyzed by combining the analytical and numerical results.The results show that when the cavitation condition is satisfied,the solutions of analytical and numerical calculation show the same law,which verify the analytical results.Compared with the uniformly distributed grooves,the maximum LCC increase with the grooves distributed in arithmetic progression is 32.57%at different pressure difference.The maximum LCC increase is 24.43%at different groove depths,and 27.51%at different oil film thickness.
