摘 要:目的探析创伤性休克(traumatic shock,TS)患者血容量监测中,使用床旁超声检测下腔静脉直径(Inferior Vena Cava,IVC)的临床价值。方法随机选取30例TS患者为观察组,同期选取30名健康体检者为对照组,全部进行下腔静脉直径相关指标的检测,分析床旁超声检测的实施价值。结果休克纠正后,观察组患者的IVCmax、IVCmin提高,SCI降低(P<0.05);两组相比,观察组IVCmax、IVCmin较低,RIV较高(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,治疗后观察组患者IVCmax、IVCmin均升高,RIV下降(P<0.05)。结论床旁超声检测IVC能够动态化监测TS患者的病情变化,可与健康人群进行区分,同时能通过血容量、RIV和SCI,精准评估患者的预后情况。Objective To explore the clinical value of bedside Ultrasonic testing measurement of Inferior vena cava(IVC)in blood volume monitoring of patients with traumatic shock(TS).Methods 30 patients with TS were randomly selected as the observation group,and 30 healthy people were selected as the control group at the same time.All of them were tested for Inferior vena cava diameter related indicators,and the implementation value of bedside Ultrasonic testing was analyzed.Result After shock correction,the IVCmax and IVCmin of the observation group patients increased,while SCI decreased(P<0.05);compared with the two groups,the observation group had lower IVCmax and IVCmin,and higher RIV(P<0.05);compared with before treatment,the IVCmax,IVCmin,in the observation group increased after treatment,while the RIV decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion IVC by bedside Ultrasonic testing can dynamically monitor the changes in the condition of TS patients,distinguish them from healthy people,and accurately assess the prognosis of patients through blood volume,RIV and SCI.
