即时体位催吐在经口急性中毒患者院前急救中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的分析在为经口急性中毒患者实施院前急救的过程中即时体位催吐所获得的效果。方法此次实验研究将2020年1月-2022年9月期间天津医科大学第二医院收治的经口急性中毒患者58例作为实验对象,根据患者院前急救措施不同实现患者的分组,其中给予常规院前急救的29例患者作为参照组,在参照组基础上加用即时体位催吐的29例患者作为研究组,分析比较两组患者的抢救效果。结果统计学分析后可知,研究组患者临床抢救效果明显优于参照组患者,P<0.05。相对于参照组患者来说,研究组患者不良反应发生率相对较低,P<0.05。研究组患者康复效果显著优于参照组患者,P<0.05。研究组患者生存质量优良率与参照组患者相比明显较高,P<0.05。结论对于经口急性中毒患者来说,及时、有效的院前急救工作是至关重要的,有助于患者更好地抢救、康复以及预后改善,其中即时体位催吐属于相对较为理想的一项院前急救措施,获得了较佳的临床抢救效果与康复效果,避免了各种不良反应的出现,为患者的更好抢救提供了基础与保障。Objective To analyze the effect of instant postural emesis in pre-hospital first aid for patients with oral acute poisoning.Methods 58 patients with oral acute poisoning admitted to the hospital between January 2020 and September 2022 were divided into groups according to the different pre-hospital emergency measures,among them,29 patients were given routine pre-hospital first aid as the control group,and 29 patients were given instant postural emesis on the basis of the control group as the study group,and the rescue effects of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results After statistical analysis,the clinical rescue effect of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The rehabilitation effect of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of quality of life in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion It is very important for patients with oral acute poisoning to receive timely and effective pre-hospital first aid,which is helpful for better rescue,rehabilitation and improvement of prognosis,among them,immediate postural emesis is a relatively ideal pre-hospital first-aid measure,which has achieved higher clinical rescue effect and rehabilitation effect,and has avoided all kinds of adverse reactions,it provides the basis and guarantee for the better rescue of the patients.
