神经妥乐平对植物神经功能紊乱性眩晕及交感神经皮肤反应的影响

摘　　要：目的分析神经妥乐平的治疗效果,研究其在植物神经功能紊乱性眩晕中的实施价值,并分析患者用药后出现的交感神经皮肤反应情况。方法选取时间为2021年1月-2022年12月,以天津市第四中心医院收治的80例植物神经功能紊乱性眩晕患者为例,对相关数据进行回顾性分析,所有入组患者均实施神经妥乐平治疗,一个疗程为10d,观察患者治疗两个疗程后的临床效果,并对其交感神经皮肤反应情况进行分析。结果神经妥乐平治疗一个疗程后,患者的症状表现得到有效改善,治疗有效率为75.00%(60/80),神经妥乐平治疗两个疗程后,治疗有效率为87.50%(70/80),治疗有效率显著提升;与治疗前相比,治疗两个疗程后的交感神经皮肤反应潜伏期较低,数据差异大,提示统计学对比分析有意义(P<0.05);治疗后眩晕障碍及程度均低于治疗前,统计学差异对比有意义(P<0.05)。结论神经妥乐平在植物神经功能紊乱性眩晕治疗中发挥了显著优势,可以帮助患者提升疾病治疗效果,对交感神经皮肤反应具有一定抑制效果,治疗安全性较高,有利于疾病转归。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of neurotropin and its value in the treatment of autonomic nerve disorder vertigo,and to analyze the sympathetic skin reaction of patients after treatment.Methods From January 2021 to December 2022,a total of 80 patients with autonomic dysfunction vertigo in the Fourth Central Hospital of Tianjin were selected as examples to conduct a retrospective analysis of the relevant data.All enrolled patients were treated with neurotropin,a course of 10 days,and the clinical effects of the patients after two courses of treatment were observed.The skin reaction of sympathetic nerve was analyzed.Results After one course of neurotropin treatment,the symptoms of the patients were effectively improved,and the treatment effective rate was 75.00%(60/80),and after two courses of neurotropin treatment,the treatment effective rate was 87.50%(70/80),which was significantly improved.Compared with before treatment,the latency of sympathetic nerve skin response after two treatment courses was lower,and the difference was large,suggesting that statistical comparative analysis was significant(P<0.05).The disorder and degree of vertigo after treatment were lower than before treatment,and the statistical difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Neurotropin has significant therapeutic effect and plays a significant advantage in the treatment of vertigo caused by autonomic nerve dysfunction,which can help patients to improve the therapeutic effect of disease,and has certain inhibitory effect on sympathetic nerve skin reaction,with high therapeutic safety,which is conducive to the outcome of disease.
