院前急救救护车及急救物品的细节管理

摘　　要：目的分析细节管理在院前急救车以及急救物品管理过程中所获得的应用效果与价值。方法此次实验研究将2019年1月-2020年12月期间天津市滨海新区急救分中心接受院前急救的患者42例作为实验对象,其中在2019年1月-12月期间接受院前急救的21例患者作为常规组,其院前急救管理的方法为常规管理,在2020年1月-12月期间接受院前急救的21例患者作为细节组,其院前急救管理的方法为细节管理。结果统计学分析后可知细节组出诊反应时间、救护车到达时间、首次心电图时间以及院前急救时间与常规组相比均明显较短,P<0.05。结论在实施急救中心院前急救车以及急救物品管理的过程中,细节管理的应用获得了相对较为理想的管理效果,有助于抢救效果的提升,值得予以临床推广和应用。Objective To analyze the application effect and value of detail management in the management of pre-hospital ambulance and first-aid articles.Methods 42 patients who received pre-hospital care in our Emergency Center from January 2019 to December 2020 were enrolled in this study,of these,21 patients who received pre-hospital care between January and December 2019 served as the routine group,and their pre-hospital care management method was routine management,the detail group consisted of 21 patients who received pre-hospital care between January and December 2020.The method of pre-hospital care management was detail management.Results Compared with the regular group,the response to out-patient visit,the arrival of ambulance,the time of first ECG and pre-hospital first aid were significantly shorter in the detail group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of detail management in the process of implementing the pre-hospital ambulance and the first-aid articles management in the first-aid Center has obtained relatively ideal management effect,which is helpful to the promotion of the rescue effect,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
