摘　　要：小反刍兽疫病毒(Peste des petits ruminants virus,PPRV)是一种高度传染性的负链RNA病毒,其主要感染绵羊和山羊,流行毒株通常导致群体的高发病率和死亡率,造成严重的经济损失。近年来发现PPRV感染动物种类不断增多,传播范围愈发广泛,但其致病机理的研究也取得了明显进展并在诊断试剂和疫苗研发中发挥了指导性作用。因此,本文综述了其病原生物学特征、病原感染与免疫机制,着重阐述了近年来PPRV致病机制相关研究进展,以期为PPRV防控技术及其致病机制的进一步研究提供新的思路和理论依据。Peste des petits ruminants virus(PPRV)is a highly contagious negative-stranded RNA virus that primarily infects sheep and goats.Endemic strains typically cause high rates of morbidity and mortality in populations,resulting in significant economic losses.While the number of PPRV-infected animals and the disease's spread have increased in recent years,research on the pathogenesis of PPRV has also advanced significantly which played a vital role in the development of diagnostic reagents and vaccines.In order to provide new concepts and a theoretical foundation for future research on PPRV prevention and control technology as well as the virus's pathogenesis,this paper reviews the pathogenic biological characteristics,pathogenic infection,and immune mechanism of PPRV.
