摘  要:非洲猪瘟病毒疫苗研发是公认的世界性难题,近年来,随着生物信息学技术不断发展和基因操作技术的日趋成熟,通过基因敲除方式制备非洲猪瘟弱毒疫苗的研发路线已经初现曙光,相关研究成果不断涌现,特别是美国科研团队在该领域已取得许多积极成果。鉴于国内尚无对美国相关工作的详细报道,本文拟就其研究策略及进展进行综述,以期为我国科研人员开展非洲猪瘟疫苗研究提供借鉴和参考。The research and development of African swine fever vaccine is recognized as a worldwide problem.In recent years,with continuous development of bioinformatics technology and gene manipulation technology,the strategy of preparing African swine fever attenuated vaccine through gene knockout showed some breakthroughs,and relevant research results keep emerging,especially the American research team has made many positive achievements in this field.In view of the lack of detailed reports about the related work in the United States,this paper summarizes the research strategies and progress,in order to provide reference for Chinese researchers to carry out research on ASFV vaccine.
