至阳穴治疗痞证临床应用及机理探析

摘　　要：痞证主要由于中焦脾阳不足导致枢机不利,阴阳升降失常从而气机壅滞于局部,病位为心胃,涉及胸膈,表现为自觉胃脘部阻塞、胀满不舒,涵盖了西医消化系统的多种疾病。目前西医对于该疾病的治疗并无明显优势,尤其对于功能性腹胀、功能性消化不良更是束手无策。至阳穴为督脉要穴,能够激发一身阳气,其温脾助运、调畅气血之性紧扣痞证病机,且在病因、病位上与痞证相应,针刺至阳穴能够有效弥补痞证临床治疗方法的不足。本研究论述至阳穴治疗痞证的临床应用及机理探析,以期为至阳穴治疗痞证提供理论依据。Epigastric fullness syndrome is mainly caused by unfavourable Qi movement of cardinal axis due to Spleen-Yang deficiency.Qi is blocked locally because of disorder of Yin and Yang in ascending and descending.The disease is located at Heart and Stomach,diaphragm is also involved,which mainly manifests as epigastric fullness and covers most diseases of Western medicine.Western medicine dose not show any advantage in treating epigastric fullness syndrome,especially for functional bloating and functional poor digestion.Zhiyang(DU9)is the key point of Du meridian,it can stimulate Yang-Qi,and its effect on warming Spleen-Yang to assist transportation and regulating Qi and blood just fits into the pathogenesis of epigastric fullness syndrome.Also,DU9 corresponds to the cause and the location of epigastric fullness syndrome.Needling DU9 can effectively make up for the inadequacy of epigastric fullness syndrome in clinical treatment.This study discussed the clinical application and the mechanism of DU9,aiming to provide theoretical basis of the point in treatment of epigastric fullness syndrome.
