摘　　要：阿尔茨海默症目前依然是世界难题,但传统中医的针刺疗法在治疗阿尔茨海默症方面不断实现突破,针刺疗法中尤其是头针疗法对脑病的治疗拥有不可取代的优越性。在现代仪器的检测下,能清楚探明头针所影响的与阿尔茨海默症相关的大脑解剖结构,提示头针对大脑的有效作用机制。头针疗法的流派众多,理论体系饱满。动物实验的探索、临床试验的实践都提示头针对阿尔茨海默症具有确切的治疗作用,而且头针对阿尔茨海默症的预防作用具备独特的优势,有望在阿尔茨海默症发病之前,对其进行有效的预防保健是非常值得深入探究的方向。Alzheimer's disease(AD)is still a global problem.Traditional Chinese medicine,including acupuncture,continues to achieve breakthroughs in treatment of AD,and acupuncture,especially scalp acupuncture,has an irreplaceable superiority in treatment of brain diseases.With modern instrumentation,the brain anatomy associated with AD that is affected by scalp acupuncture can be clearly identified,suggesting an effective action mechanism of scalp acupuncture on brain.There are numerous schools of scalp acupuncture,with a full body of knowledge.The exploration of animal experiments and the practice of clinical trials suggest that scalp acupuncture has a definite therapeutic effect against AD.The preventive effect of scalp acupuncture against AD has a unique advantages and is expected to provide effective and preventive care before the onset of AD,which is a direction worth exploring efforts.
