针刺治疗心律失常临床研究结局指标现状分析

摘　　要：心律失常是指心脏冲动的频率、节律、起源部位、传导速度或激动次序的异常表现,一般多与体质虚弱、劳累过度、情志所伤和感受外邪相关。近年来,针刺在治疗心律失常方面取得了良好的临床疗效,但在疗效评估中对于结局指标的选择却存在较大差异。本研究分析近年来针刺治疗心律失常相关文献,系统综述了针刺治疗心律失常的临床结局指标的选择现状,为未来临床相关研究中结局指标的选择提供充分的依据。Arrhythmia refers to the abnormal performance of the frequency,rhythm,origin,conduction velocity or activation order of cardiac impulses,which is generally related to physical weakness,overwork,emotional injury and feeling of exogenous pathogens.In recent years,acupuncture has achieved a good clinical effect in treatment of arrhythmia,but there are great differences in the selection of outcome indicators for efficacy evaluation.This study analyzed the literature related to acupuncture in treatment of arrhythmia in recent years,and systematically reviewed the current situation of the selection of clinical outcome indicators for efficacy evaluation of acupuncture in treating arrhythmia,in order to provide sufficient basis for the selection of outcome indicators in future clinical related researches.
