摘 要:面对纯电重卡复杂的应用场景,以及智能化、网联化的发展,对整车电平衡提出了更高的要求。在严谨的公式推导和应用的基础上详细阐述纯电重卡电平衡的设计与计算方法,并通过某款车型进行实例应用计算,同时分析DC/DC变换器、低压蓄电池的选型,对纯电重卡电平衡的设计具有参考意义。Facing the complex application scenarios of pure electric heavy trucks,as well as the development of intelligence and networking,higher requirements are put forward for vehicle electrical balance.On the basis of rigorous formula derivation and design application,this article elaborates the design and calculation method of the electric balance of pure electric heavy trucks in detail,and applies the calculation to a certain vehicle model.At the same time,it analyzes the selection of DC/DC converters and low-voltage batteries,which has reference significance for the design of the electric balance of pure electric heavy trucks.
