摘　　要：采用轮胎充胶工艺修复充气轮胎存在的漏气、起鼓、破损问题后,充胶轮胎挡圈易出现开裂现象。在分析其开裂原因基础上,给出一种轮胎式龙门起重机充胶轮胎挡圈开裂维修方案,可有效解决该问题。After using the tire filling process to repair the problems of air leakage,bulging,and damage in pneumatic tires,the rubber filled tire retaining ring is prone to cracking.On the basis of analyzing the causes of its cracking,a repair plan for the cracking of the rubber filled tire retaining ring of a tire-type gantry crane is proposed.It can effectively solve this problem.
