摘 要:以某码头连续卸船机项目为例,根据不同工况下油缸的负载,分析了连续卸船机臂架俯仰大吨位、长行程、速度快的工况特征,确定了此工况条件下油缸密封形式,并通过油缸压杆稳定性计算校核,验证了该油缸密封选择及机构设计的合理性。Taking the continuous ship unloader project at a certain port as an example,based on the load of the hydro-cylinder under different working conditions,the working characteristics of the continuous ship unloader boom with large tonnage,long stroke,and fast speed were analyzed.The sealing form of the hydro-cylinder under this working condition was determined.And the rationality of the selection of the hydro-cylinder seal and the design of the mechanism was verified through the calculation and verification of the stability of the hydro-cylinder compressed rod.
