摘　　要：门座起重机在船舶清舱作业时,驾驶员视线容易被船体和舱口遮挡,不能看清船舱内的细节情况,舱底是门机驾驶员的视线盲区,存在重大安全隐患。为实现在装卸作业过程中对船舶舱内的安全监控,研发了一种便携式的船舶舱口监控系统。该系统在作业时安装在船舶舱口,利用摄像头代替人眼,司机可以全方位的查看舱内货物、机械情况,减少盲区,提高装卸效率和作业现场的安全水平。When the portal crane is cleaning the cabin of a ship,the driver's sight is easily obstructed by the hull and hatch.It is unable to see the details inside the cabin.The bottom of the cabin is a blind spot for the portal crane driver's sight,which poses significant safety hazards.To achieve safety monitoring of ship cabins during handling operations,a portable ship hatch monitoring system has been developed.This system is installed at the ship hatch during operation,using cameras to replace the human eyes.It can allow drivers to comprehensively view the cargo and mechanical conditions inside the cabin.It can reduce blind spots for drivers,improve handling efficiency and the safety level of the work site.
