翻车机直取与“集改散”装船自动化工艺探讨

摘　　要：针对翻车机直取装船和铁路敞顶箱“集改散”装船路径长、工艺不合理、港口装船能力不足问题,提出一种翻车机卸车直取和“集改散”装船共用装船机新工艺方案。该新工艺方案新增了皮带机、装船机,建设直取装船通道,能够实现翻车机卸车“铁转水”和汽车运输“公转水”装船功能;新工艺可缩短装船路径,能够提高装船能力,缓解装船压力和卸车压力,降低运行成本。Aiming at the problems of long path,unreasonable process and insufficient capacity of port loading ship of dumper direct pickup and“container changes to bulk handing”of railway open top box,a new process scheme of dumper unloading and direct pickup and“container crane changes to bulk handing”common loading machine is proposed.The new process scheme adds the belt machine and loading machine,and builds the direct loading channel,which can realize the loading function of“railway to water”and“highway to water”.In the new process,the loading path is shortened,loading capacity is increased,loading pressure and unloading pressure are relieved,and operating costs are reduced.
