摘　　要：未成年人“两法”及《家庭教育促进法》颁布后,亲职教育令作为强制性令状的典型之一具备了更丰富的法理与规范基础。但经过实践探索,囿于立法供给缺失与理论上的争议,亲职教育令面临强制性阙如和定位不清的双重困境,深层次上反映出一体化思维的缺失。检察机关在构建亲职教育令制度体系时,应立足于检察横向一体化理念,探索将令状作为程序衔接与实体中介要素来实现制度间嵌合,以程序与实体两个面向上的一体化构建形成制度合力,充分发挥“四大检察”融合一体履职的优势,并借此实现令状强制性的重塑,为亲职教育令制度的有力实施提供保障。After the promulgation of the"Two Laws"for minors and the"Family Education Promotion Law",the parental education order,as one of the typical compulsory orders,has a richer legal and normative foundation.However,after ten years of practical exploration,due to the lack of legislation and theoretical disputes,the parental education order faces a dual dilemma of mandatory absence and unclear positioning,which deeply reflects the lack of integrate thought.When constructing the system of parental education orders,procuratorial organs should base themselves on the concept of horizontal integration of procuratorial work,explore using the orders as procedural and substantive intermediary elements to achieve inter system integration,and form a system synergy through the integration of procedural and substantive aspects,fully leveraging the advantages of the integration of the"four major procuratorial work"in fulfilling their duties,and thus achieving the mandatory reshaping of orders,then provide guarantees for the effective implementation of the parental education order system.After the promulgation of the"Two Laws"for minors and the"Family Education Promotion Law",the parental education order,as one of the typical compulsory orders,has a richer legal and normative foundation.However,after ten years of practical exploration,due to the lack of legislation and theoretical disputes,the parental education order faces a dual dilemma of mandatory absence and unclear positioning,which deeply reflects the lack of integrate thought.When constructing the system of parental education orders,procuratorial organs should base themselves on the concept of horizontal integration of procuratorial work,explore using the orders as procedural and substantive intermediary elements to achieve inter system integration,and form a system synergy through the integration of procedural and substantive aspects,fully leveraging the advantages of the integration of the"four major procuratorial work"in fulfilling their duties,and thus achieving the mand
