摘　　要：目的:探讨超声监测健康成人视神经鞘直径(ONSD)及相关因素的临床意义,为广元地区ONSD正常值范围提供参考。方法:选取2021年1月至2023年1月在广元市第一人民医院进行健康体检的130例健康成人作为研究对象,超声测量双侧视神经鞘冠状面、矢状面视神经鞘与视乳头垂直距离3mm的中轴直径,从性别、年龄、身高、BMI等分析影响ONSD值的因素。结果:广元地区130例健康人群ONSD值最小为3.5mm,最大为6.7mm,平均值为(4.62±0.31)mm。不同性别、年龄、身高、BMI人群间ONSD值比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:广元地区健康人群ONSD正常参考值是(4.62±0.31)mm,超声检测ONSD方便、快捷、重复性强。Objective:to investigate the value of optic nerve sheath diameter(ONSD)monitored by ultrasound in healthy adults and its related factors and clinical significance,so as to provide reference for the normal range of ONSD in Guangyuan.Methods:a total of 130 healthy 2021 were selected from the first Peoples Hospital of Guangyuan from January to 2023,the axial diameter of the optic nerve sheath was measured in coronal plane and sagital plane,and the distance between the optic nerve sheath and the optic papilla was 3mm.Results:the ONSD values of 130 healthy people in Guangyuan were 3.5mm,6.7mm and 4.62±0.31mm,respectively.There was no significant difference in ONSD value among different gender,age,height and BMI groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:the reference value of ONSD in healthy people in Guangyuan is(4.62±0.31)mm.The detection of ONSD by ultrasonography is convenient,rapid and repeatable.
