摘　　要：热塑性塑料制品应用广泛,其材质在熔点、硬度、热膨胀系数、导热率等方面与金属相比具有明显差异。以金属切削为参照,全面汇总了热塑性塑料影响切削加工的自身物理特性,系统总结了切削加工特点及切削工艺编制原则,并详细介绍了热塑性塑料切削工艺中参数的选用标准。Thermoplastic products are widely used,and their materials are obviously different from metal in melting point,hardness,thermal expansion coefficient and thermal conductivity.Taking metal cutting as a reference,a comprehensive summary of the physical characteristics of thermoplastics affecting cutting processing was provided,and the cutting characteristics and principles of cutting process compilation were systematically summarized.The selection standards for parameters in the cutting process of thermoplastics were also introduced in detail.
