摘 要:以CeO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3)为载体,采用等体积浸渍法制备CuO-Co_(3)O_(4)-CeO_(2)/CeO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3)催化剂,通过X射线衍射(XRD)、氢气程序升温还原(H_(2)-TPR)、氢气等温还原(H_(2)-TIR)、CO脱除性能评价等方法,考察预还原温度、反应温度、液相空速对CO脱除性能的影响。结果表明:催化剂在160℃下预还原可以获得37.3%的还原度,有效提高活性Cu^(+)的数量,进而提高CO脱除性能;在液相丙烯中微量CO脱除反应中,反应温度升高、液相空速减小有利于提高CO脱除性能,当反应温度不低于50℃,液相空速不高于8 h^(-1)时,CO体积分数可脱除至0.03 mL/m^(3)以下。在50℃、3 MPa,液相空速为8 h-1的反应条件下,CuO-Co_(3)O_(4)-CeO_(2)/CeO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3)催化剂可将液相丙烯中CO由10 mL/m^(3)脱除至0.03 mL/m^(3)以下,且连续反应3500 min,稳定性良好。CuO-Co_(3)O_(4)-CeO_(2)/CeO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3) catalyst was prepared by incipient-wetness impregnation method using CeO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3) as support.The influences of the prereduction temperature,reaction temperature and liquid space velocity were investigated by X-ray diffraction(XRD),hydrogen temperature programmed reduction(H_(2)-TPR),hydrogen isothermal reduction(H_(2)-TIR)and CO removal activity test.The results show that prereduction of the catalyst can achieve reduction degree of 37.3%,effectively increasing the number of active Cu^(+),and then improving the CO removal performance.In the reaction of CO removal from liquid propylene,with the increase of reaction temperature and the decrease of space velocity,the CO removal performance is improved.When the reaction temperature is not lower than 50℃and the liquid space velocity is not higher than 8 h-1,the CO can be removed to less than 0.03 mL/m^(3).Under the reaction conditions of 50℃,3 MPa and liquid phase space velocity of 8 h^(-1),it can remove CO in liquid propylene from 10 mL/m^(3) to less than 0.03 mL/m^(3) with good stability of 3500 min on CuO-Co_(3)O_(4)-CeO_(2)/CeO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3) catalyst.
