摘 要:对比研究了乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE)和苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯嵌段共聚物(SEBS)2种弹性体对聚丙烯(PP)材料光学性能和低温多轴冲击性能的影响。结果表明:随着弹性体添加量的增加,POE/PP共混物透光率逐渐下降,而SEBS/PP共混物的透光率维持在较高水平。当弹性体添加量相同时,SEBS在常温力学性能测试和低温多轴冲击测试中,其增韧PP材料的效果均优于POE。高熔指、低苯乙烯含量的SEBS在PP树脂中呈现为大小粒径交叉分布,利于吸能,其增韧效果更优,可制备出满足低温多轴冲击韧性的高透光聚烯烃材料。A comparative study was conducted on the effects of two different elastomers,poly(ethylene-co-octene)(POE)and styrene-ethylene-butadiene-styrene(SEBS),on the optical properties and low-temperature multi-axial impact properties of polypropylene(PP)materials.The results show that the light transmittance of POE/PP blends decreases with the increase of the concentration of elastomer,while the light transmittance of SEBS/PP blends remains at a high level.When the concentration of elastomer is the same,the effect of SEBS on toughening PP material is better than that of POE in the mechanical properties test at room temperature and the low-temperature multi-axial impact test.SEBS with high fusion finger and low styrene content presents cross-size distribution in PP resin,which is beneficial to energy absorption and has better toughening effect,and can prepare high light transmittable polyolefin materials that meet the demands of low temperature multi-axial impact toughness.
