摘　　要：挤出吹塑工艺具有生产效率高、设备成本低、模具费用低等优点,其制品应用广泛,占吹塑制品的75%以上;挤出吹塑工艺也有边料较多、制品厚度难控制、成型精度低等缺点,加上吹塑制品自身结构特点,导致挤出吹塑制品存在机械加工效率低、次品率高等问题。以植保机械产品的药箱作为研究对象,系统介绍了挤出吹塑制品机械加工存在问题的解决方法。The extrusion blow molding process has the advantages of high production efficiency,low equipment cost and low die cost,and its products are widely used,accounting for more than 75%of blow molding products.The extrusion blow molding process also has drawbacks such as a large amount of leftover materials,difficulty in controlling product thickness,low molding accuracy,and the structural characteristics of blow molded products lead to the problems of low mechanical processing efficiency and high defect rate.Taking the medicine box of plant protection machinery products as the research object,the solutions to the problems in mechanical processing of extrusion blow molded products are systematically introduced.
