摘  要:目的:对比分析全视野(fFOV)和小视野(rFOV)弥散加权成像(DWI)序列在女性盆腔检查中的图像质量。方法:纳入2020年4月—8月在重庆医科大学附属第一医院行盆腔MRI检查的无盆腔疾病女性46例,扫描序列包括T2WI、fFOV-DWI和rFOV-DWI,采用Likert-type量表5级评分法对DWI图像进行主观质量评价,采用信噪比(SNR)和对比度噪声比(CNR)对DWI图像进行客观质量评价。结果:rFOV-DWI序列的SNR (P=0.001)、CNR (P=0.008)、伪影评分(P=0.000)解剖结构识别评分(P=0.000)均高于fFOV-DWI序列。结论:与fFOV-DWI序列相比,rFOV-DWI序列可减少女性盆腔图像伪影,且SNR和CNR显著提高,利于图像识别,为盆腔疾病的诊断提供新方法,可作为fFOV-DWI序列替代选择。Purpose:To compare and analyze the image quality of full field of view(fFOV)and reduced field of view(rFOV)diffusion weighted imaging(DWI)sequences in female pelvic cavity.Methods:A total of 46 female without pelvic disease who underwent pelvic MRI examination in the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from April 2020 to August 2020 were included.The scanning sequences included T2WI,fFOV-DWI and rFOV-DWI.The Likert-type 5 scale was used to evaluate the subjective quality of DWI images,and the signal-tonoise ratio(SNR)and contrast-to-noise ratio(CNR)were used to evaluate the objective quality of DWI images.Results:The SNR(P=0001),CNR(P=0.008),artifact score(P=0.000)and anatomical structure recognition score(P=0.000)of rFOV-DWI were higher than those of fFOV-DWI sequence.Conclusion:Compared with fFOV-DWI,rFOV-DWI can be used to reduce artifacts of female pelvic image,and SNR and CNR are significantly improved,which is conducive to image recognition and image quality improvement.
