产碱菌YNR32041对黄芪幼苗的促生作用分析

摘　　要：以黄芪幼苗为试材,采用盆栽法,研究了施加产碱菌YNR32041对黄芪幼苗的生长指标、生理指标以及黄芪皂苷合成相关基因表达的影响,以期为利用内生菌保障和提升人工种植黄芪品质提供参考依据。结果表明:施加产碱菌YNR32041可以促进黄芪幼苗的生长;对于黄芪幼苗抵抗逆境胁迫以及生长相关生理指标产生不同程度的影响,包括提高了可溶性蛋白质含量和过氧化物酶(POD)活性以及淀粉、乙烯(ETH)、玉米素(ZT)含量和乙烯合成酶活性,降低了脱落酸(ABA)含量等;促进了黄芪皂苷合成相关基因的表达,在共培养第15天HMGR、IDI、FPS、SS、SE、CAS基因的相对表达量分别是对照的9.14、5.74、8.27、7.37、11.75、28.26倍。Astragalus membranaceus seedlings were used as materials,and the effects of Alcaligenes sp.YNR32041 on the growth indexes,physiological indexes and the expression levels of genes related to astragalus saponins were investigated by pot experiments,in order to provide reference for the use of endophytic microorganisms to ensure and improve the quality of artificially planted A.membranaceus.The results showed that applying Alcaligenes sp.YNR32041 could promote the growth of A.membranaceus seedlings,and play a various role in the physiological indexes related to growth and stress resistance,including the improvement of soluble protein content and POD activity as well as the contents of starch,ethylene(ETH),zeatin(ZT)and ethylene synthetase activity,meanwhile the declining of abscisic acid(ABA)content.Applying Alcaligenes sp.YNR32041 could increase the expression levels of six genes related to astragalus saponins,and the relative expression levels of the HMGR,IDI,FPS,SS,SE and CAS genes in the A.membranaceus seedlings on the 15th day of co-culture were 9.14,5.74,8.27,7.37,11.75 times and 28.26 times of those of the control,respectively.
