摘　　要：在全域旅游发展的大背景下,我国旅游业处于转型升级的发展阶段,新的业态催生新的旅游模式,人们的旅游需求也在不断变化,职业岗位对导游人才培养提出了新的要求,旅游教育面临着新机遇和新挑战,肩负着全域旅游示范的使命。在阐释全域旅游概念和特征的基础上,基于全域旅游的视角,分析高校导游人才培养存在的问题,从重视思想转变、深化课程改革、推进产教融合、建立导游人才职业素养网状培训体系四个方面提出提升导游人才培养质量的策略。Under the background of the development of global tourism,China s tourism industry is in the development stage of transformation and upgrading,new formats give rise to new tourism models,and people s tourism needs are constantly changing.Professional positions put forward new requirements for the training of tour guide talents,and tourism education is facing new opportunities and challenges,shouldering the mission of global tourism demonstration.Based on the interpretation of the concept and characteristics of global tourism and the perspective of global tourism,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the training of tourist guide talents in universities,and puts forward strategies to improve the training quality of tourist guide talents from four aspects:attaching importance to the change of ideas,deepening the curriculum reform,promoting the integration of industry and education,and establishing a network training system for professional literacy of tourist guide talents.
