摘 要:药物引起的肾损伤是一个备受关注的公共健康问题,目前对于早期肾损伤的临床诊断缺少有效的技术手段,导致疾病不能得到及时治疗,最终危及患者的生命安全。N-乙酰-β-D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶(N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase,NAG)是一种新型的肾脏损伤的生物标志物,在早期肾损伤时尿液中的NAG活度即可发生显著变化,因此,开发NAG的精确、批量、低成本检测技术,对于肾脏疾病的早期诊断和治疗具有重大意义。为此,中外学者在近几十年内做了大量的研究工作。综述了NAG检测方法的研究进展,分析了各种方法的优势和不足,最后讨论了NAG检测技术的发展方向。Drug induced renal injury is a public health issue that has received much attention.Currently,there is a lack of effective technical means for the clinical diagnosis of early renal injury,leading to the failure of timely treatment of the disease,ultimately endangering the life safety of patients.N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase(NAG) is a new type of biomarker for renal injury,and the activity of NAG in urine can significantly change during early renal injury.Therefore,the development of accurate,batch,and low-cost detection techniques for NAG is of great significance for the early diagnosis and treatment of kidney diseases.Therefore,scholars have done a lot of research work in recent decades.The research progress of NAG detection methods was summarized,the advantages and disadvantages of various methods was analyzed,and finally the development direction of NAG detection technology was discussed.
