摘 要:为满足高质量的钛及钛合金电极生产需求,优化完善了钛及钛合金电极整体成形工艺路线,使其更为高效短流程、绿色低碳,分析了海绵钛的压制变形过程,建立了整体成形压制力模型。并在5 MN挤压实验台上进行了小块电极压制试验,得到电极压制成形力学模型的重要参数,构建了电极成形密度-工艺参数数学模型。通过电极整体成形工艺试验验证了模型的正确性与该工艺路线的可行性。To meet the production needs of high-quality titanium and titanium alloy electrodes,the whole forming process route for titanium and titanium alloy electrodes is optimized and improved to be more efficient,short process,green,and low-carbon.The pressing deformation process of the sponge titanium was analyzed and the overall forming pressing force model was established.This study conducted small electrode pressing experiments on the 5 MN extrusion test bench.The important parameters of the mechanical model for electrode pressing forming were obtained,and the mathematical model of electrode density and process parameters is established.Finally,the correctness of the model and the feasibility of the process route were verified through experiments on the overall electrode forming process.
