摘　　要：冷轧后的不锈钢管内壁面会残留大量的轧制油以及金属粉末,为保证钢管后处理的品质,必须对钢管内壁面进行脱脂清洗。在实际生产中,不同批次的轧制管其长度偏差范围可达几十米,相同批次的冷轧管也因坯管的不同长度偏差范围可达数米。为实现钢管内壁面脱脂清洗的自动化运行,提出了一种具有行走、升降以及护罩防护三大功能的自动收集小车,小车可根据钢管长度的变化自动行走到合适的位置,然后升起回收箱体对钢管内壁面清洗液进行回收,在清洗过程中可通过升降护罩来防止清洗液飞溅造成泄漏污染。经过在现场的连续使用,本自动收集小车定位准确,清洗液回收顺畅无泄露,在工程中有宽广的应用前景。After cold rolling,a large amount of rolling oil and metal powder will remain on the inner wall of stainless steel tube.To ensure the quality of steel tube after post-treatment,the inner wall of steel tube must be degreased and cleaned.In actual production,the length deviation range of the rolled tubes can reach several tens of meters in different batches.On the other hand,the same batch of rolled tubes can also have a deviation of several meters due to different lengths of blank tube.To achieve automated operation of degreasing and cleaning for the inner wall of steel tube,this paper proposes an automatic collection car with three major functions:walking,lifting,and shield protection.It can automatically locate the appropriate position according to the length of steel tube and raise the collection box to recycle cleaning agent for the inner wall of steel tube.During the cleaning process,the lifting cover can be used to prevent leakage and pollution caused by splashing of cleaning fluid.After continuous use in the engineering,the mobile recycling vehicle has an accurate positioning and can recycle cleaning liquid without leakage.It has a broad application prospect in engineering.
