摘 要:轻压下可显著改善铸坯中心偏析与缩孔、疏松缺陷。以某公司新改建投产的板坯连铸机为对象,针对其二冷传热、理论压下量与压下效率开展了理论计算研究,并在此基础上开展了现场试验。结果表明:拉速对铸坯表面温度、压下区间和理论压下量无显著影响,但拉速增加0.1 m/min,两相区增长0.75 m,结晶器出口坯壳厚度减薄约0.5 mm;铸坯中心固相率f_(s)由0.3增加至0.9时,Q345压下效率由35%近似线性降低至6.7%。现场试验表明,对200 mm厚度的Q345钢采用6.0 mm压下量时,可更显著的改善其中心偏析与缩孔疏松缺陷,且未引发压下裂纹。Soft reduction can significantly improve the centerline segregation and the porosities.A newly-built slab continuous casting machine in a steel plant was chosen as the research object.The slab heat transfer,theoretical reduction amount and the reduction efficiency was numerically investigated,and industrial trials were carried out based on the calculation results.The results indicated that the influence of casting speed on the slab surface temperature,soft reduction zone and the theoretical reduction amount was not significant.However,with the casting speed increased by 0.1 m/min,the length of mushy region can significantly increase by 0.75 m and the shell thickness at exit of mold decreased by 0.5 mm.For Q345,with solidification fraction f_(s) increased from 0.3 to 0.9,the reduction efficiency approximately decreased linearly from 35% to 6.7%.The trial results showed that the centerline segregation and porosity can be better improved with reduction amount of 6 mm for a thickness of 200 mm Q345,and without causing compression cracks.
