摘 要:举高喷射消防车臂架系统结构复杂,工作环境恶劣,容易发生故障。提出了JP72举高喷射消防车臂架的设计方案,并运用Creo建立了臂架的三维模型。使用Sim solid建立臂架有限元分析模型,从刚度、强度和稳定性三方面进行有限元分析,并根据分析结果,对臂架系统设计方案进行优化,包括调整部件尺寸、局部加强等方式,以提高结构强度和减小臂架变形量。优化后的臂架系统整体结构强度得到了显著提高,变形量明显减小,更好地满足了JP72举高喷射消防车的使用需求。Because of the complex structure and ban working environment,the boom system of the elevating spouting fire engine is easy to be broken.So a design scheme for the boom of the JP72 elevating spouting fire truck was proposed in this article,and a three-dimensional model of the boom was established using Creo.A finite element analysis model by Sim solid is used to analyze the boom from three aspects:stiffness,strength,and stability.Based on the results of finite element analysis,the design scheme of the boom system was optimized through adjusting part size and local strengthen to improve structural strength and reduce deformation.The overall structure strength of the optimized boom system was significantly improved,and the deformation was significantly reduced,better meeting the usage requirements.
