摘  要:在天然橡胶(NR)/顺丁橡胶(BR)轮胎胎侧胶料中,采用类石墨烯材料SG5逐步替代配方中的N550进行试验,考察了SG5对NR/BR硫化胶的硫化特性、力学性能、动态力学性能、生热和导热性能的影响。结果表明:随着SG5/N550共混比的增大,胶料的MH-ML、ML降低,t90基本不变,门尼粘度略有下降;硫化胶的拉伸强度、拉断伸长率、定伸应力基本不变,硬度、撕裂强度降低,耐磨性下降;胶料动态生热基本不变,导热系数增大。In natural rubber(NR)/butadiene rubber(BR)tire sidewall rubber,graphene-like materials SG5were used to replace N550in the formula.The effects of SG5on the curing properties,mechanical properties,dynamic mechanical properties,heat generation and thermal conductivity of NR/BR blends vulcanizate were studied.The results showed that with the increase of SG5/N550 blending ratio,the MH-MLand MLof the compound decreased,the T90remained unchanged,and the Mooney viscosity decreased slightly.The tensile strength,elongation at break and modulus of the compound were basically unchanged,and the hardness,tear strength and wear resistance decreased.The dynamic heat build-up of the compound was basically unchanged,and the thermal conductivity increased.
