摘 要:对橡胶硫化成型模具传统余料槽结构进行了改进设计。结果表明:以加大余料槽容积、增加余料槽与型腔之间的距离(定义为加宽隔断)为目的,引入副腔的结构设计,将单纯的余料槽改进设计成一个余料系统,该系统由大容积余料槽和大宽度混合隔断组成;大宽度混合隔断包括刚性隔断、副腔、刚性隔断组成的“刚-柔-刚”混合结构。有效地解决了传统余料槽存在的抬模和泄压问题,并以应用实例展示了其良好的改进效果。The traditional overflow groove structure of rubber vulcanization mold was improved and designed.The results showed that for the purpose of increasing the volume of the overflow groove and increasing the distance between the overflow groove and the cavity(defined as widening the partition),the structural design of the secondary groove was introduced,and the simple overflow groove was designed into a overflow system;The overflow system consists of a large-volume overflow groove and a large-width mixed partition;The large-width mixed partition includes a rigid partition,a secondary cavity,and a“rigid-soft-rigid”hybrid structure composed of rigid partitions.It effectively solved the mold lifting and pressure relief problems of the traditional overflow groove,and showed its good improvement effect with application examples.
