摘  要:为研究Q390R钢在压力容器制造过程中的工艺适应性以及为工业性应用性提供基础试验数据,对Q390R钢进行了焊接性试验研究。通过采用焊条电弧焊(SMAW)、埋弧焊(SAW)两种焊接方法对Q390R钢进行焊接工艺试验,在焊态及模拟630℃×2 h热处理态下进行各项性能检测,抗拉强度在541~585 MPa之间,焊接时热输入有波动,焊缝区的韧性略有影响。结果表明,采用合理的规范参数焊接Q390R钢是可行的,焊前采取适当的预热可降低Q390R冷裂纹倾向,Q390R钢焊接接头各项力学性能、低温冲击韧性及金相组织等均能满足工程技术条件要求。In order to investigate the technological adaptability of Q390R steel in the process of pressure vessel manufacture and provide engineering basic test data for the application of the steel,the application research experiment of Q390R steel was carried out.The welding process test of Q390R steel was carried out using SMAW and SAW welding methods,and performance testing of the steel was carried out under the as-welded and simulated 630℃×2 h heat treatment state,the tensile strength was between 541MPa and 585 MPa,the heat input was fluctuating during welding,and the toughness of the weld zone was slightly affected.the results show that it is feasible to weld Q390R steel using reasonable welding specifications,the cold crack tendency of Q390R steel can be reduced by adopting appropriate preheating,and the mechanical properties,low temperature impact toughness and metallographic structure of Q390R steel welded joint all can meet the engineering requirements.
