基于精细化管理的ORTCC模式护理在老年性白内障超声乳化术患者围手术期的运用

摘　　要：目的 探讨老年性白内障患者接受超声乳化手术治疗围手术期开展精细化管理的ORTCC模式护理干预的效果。方法 选择2022年1月至2023年1月在本院接受超声乳化手术治疗的老年性白内障患者100例进行观察研究,按照随机数字表法进行分组,对照组(50例)围手术期实施常规护理干预,观察组(50例)围手术期采用ORTCC模式护理干预,护理干预15 d后对比两组护理干预后患者视力恢复效果、自护能力、治疗依从性差异,调查两组患者对护理服务的总满意度。结果 经护理干预后,观察组患者护理干预后视力恢复良好率明显高于对照组(P <0.05);且观察组患者自护能力、治疗依从性评分均高于对照组(均P <0.05)。观察组患者对ORTCC模式护理的总满意度高于对照组患者对常规护理模式的满意度(P <0.05)。结论 对行超声乳化手术的老年性白内障患者围手术期应用精细化管理的ORTCC护理模式干预相比常规护理能更有效地促进患者视力恢复,提升患者自护能力及治疗依从性,提升患者对护理的满意度。Objective To explore the effectiveness of ORTCC mode nursing in the perioperative period of elderly cataract patients undergoing phacoemulsification surgery.Methods A total of 100 elderly cataract patients who underwent phacoemulsification surgery in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were include in this study.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method.The control group(50 cases) received routine nursing during the perioperative period,while the observation group(50 cases) received ORTCC nursing mode during the perioperative period.The nursing efficacy,the self-care ability and treatment compliance of the two groups after nursing were compared,the total satisfaction with nursing service of patients in two groups were compared.Results After nursing for 15 days,the rate of visual acuity recovery in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The scores of self-care ability and treatment compliance in observation group were higher than those in control group(all P<0.05).The total satisfaction of patients in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with conventional nursing,perioperative ORTCC mode nursing based on refined management can more effectively promote vision recovery,improve patients' self-care ability and treatment compliance,and improve patients' satisfaction with nursing in senile cataract patients undergoing phacoemulsification.
