清胃祛湿方联合常规西药疗法治疗脾胃虚弱型Hp相关性慢性胃炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 分析清胃祛湿方结合常规西药疗法治疗脾胃虚弱型幽门螺杆菌(helicobacter pylori,Hp)相关性慢性胃炎的有效性。方法纳入广东省肇庆市鼎湖区人民医院收治的200例脾胃虚弱型Hp相关性慢性胃炎患者为研究对象,时间为2021年1月至2022年1月,以随机数字表法分为对照组(100例,常规西药疗法治疗)和观察组(100例,清胃祛湿方结合常规西药疗法治疗),对比分析两组患者的临床疗效与安全性。结果 观察组的治疗有效率高于对照组(99.0%vs.91.0%,P=0.09),治疗期间的不良反应率低于对照组(0 vs.6.0%,P=0.013),1年复发率低于对照组(1.0%vs.12.0%,P=0.002)。两组治疗前的中医症候积分无统计学差异(均P> 0.05),但治疗后,观察组患者的各项中医症候积分均低于对照组(均P <0.05)。结论 以清胃祛湿方结合常规西药疗法治疗脾胃虚弱型Hp相关性慢性胃炎患者,可取得安全高效的理想疗效。Objective To analyze the efficacy of Qingwei Qushi recipe combined with routine western medicine therapy in treating Hp-related chronic gastritis with spleen-stomach weakness.Methods A total of 200 cases of Hp-related chronic gastritis with spleen and stomach weakness in Dinghu District People's Hospital of Zhaoqing City,Guangdong Province from January 2021 to January 2022 were included in this study,and they were randomly divided into control group(100 cases,treated with conventional western medicine)and observation group(100 cases,treated with Qingwei Qushi recipe combined with conventional western medicine),and the clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(99.0%vs.91.0%,P=0.09),the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment was lower than that in the control group(0 vs.6.0%,P=0.013),and 1-year recurrence rate was lower than that in the control group(1.0%vs.12.0%,P=0.002).There was no statistical difference in the scores of TCM symptoms between the two groups before treatment(all P>0.05),but after treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms in the control group were lower than those in the reference group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Qingwei Qushi recipe combined with routine western medicine therapy can achieve safe and more effective clinical efficacy in the treatment of Hp-related chronic gastritis with spleen-stomach weakness.
