加味清金化痰汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期痰热郁肺证对患者中医症候及炎性因子影响

摘　　要：目的 研究加味清金化痰汤在慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期痰热郁肺证中的使用价值。方法 收取福建省福州市永泰县嵩口中心卫生院2021年5月至2023年5月的90例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期痰热郁肺证患者,以随机数字表法分作常规组(常规西医治疗)、干预组(常规西医+加味清金化痰汤治疗),各45例,观察组间中医症候、炎性因子、生活质量评分的情况。结果 治疗前两组中医症状积分、炎性因子水平无统计学差异(均P> 0.05),治疗后干预组低于常规组(P <0.05)。治疗前组间生活质量SF-36评分不存在差异(P> 0.05),治疗后干预组高于常规组(P <0.05)。结论 加味清金化痰汤在慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期痰热郁肺证中具有很好的疗效,不但可以改善患者症状,还能改善炎性因子水平,提升患者生活质量。Objective To study the value of Jiawei Qingjin Huatan Decoction in the treatment of phlegm-heat stagnation lung syndrome during acute attack of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods 90 patients with phlegm-heat stagnation lung syndrome during acute onset of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in our hospital were collected from May 2021 to May 2023,and divided into routine group(conventional Western medicine treatment)and intervention group(conventional Western medicine treatment combined with modified Qingjin Huatan decoction treatment),with 45 cases in each group,and the TCM symptoms,inflammatory factors and quality of life scores among the groups were observed.Results Before treatment,there was no difference in TCM symptom score and inflammatory factor level between the two groups(P>0.05),and after treatment,the intervention group was lower than the conventional group(P<0.05).There was no difference in life quality score between the groups before treatment(P>0.05),and after treatment,the scores in the intervention group were higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusions The modified Qingjin Huatan Decoction has a good effect on phlegm-heat stagnation of lung syndrome during acute attack of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,which can not only improve the symptoms of patients,but also improve the level of inflammatory factors and improve the life quality of patients.
