足底中药热熨敷治疗腹腔镜胆囊切除术后脾虚气滞型腹胀的疗效

摘　　要：目的 探究足底中药热熨敷治疗腹腔镜胆囊切除术后患者脾虚气滞型腹胀的疗效。方法 选取南京市六合区中医院2021年11月至2022年12月进行腹腔镜胆囊切除术后脾虚气滞型腹胀的患者共60例,根据简单数字法随机分组,每组患者各30例。对对照组患者采用常规治疗方式,观察组患者在常规治疗模式的基础上加用足底中药热熨敷方式进行治疗,治疗后对患者的腹胀程度、舒适度以及胃肠功能恢复疗效进行评价。结果 观察组患者的腹胀程度明显低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组患者的舒适度率为96.7%,明显优于对照组患者(P <0.05);观察组患者的胃肠功能恢复疗效明显优于对照组患者(P <0.05)。结论 足底中药热熨敷治疗腹腔镜胆囊切除术后脾虚气滞型腹胀效果显著。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of plantar herb hot packing on abdominal distension with spleen deficiency and qi stagnation after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods A total of 60 patients with spleen deficiency and qi stagnation abdominal distension after laparoscopic cholecystectomy in Liuhe District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2021 to December 2022 were selected and randomly grouped according to simple number methods,with 30 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional treatment,and the patients in the observation group were treated with plantar Chinese medicine hot compress on the basis of conventional treatment mode.After treatment,the degree of abdominal distension,comfort level and the effect of gastrointestinal function recovery were evaluated.Results The degree of abdominal distension in observation group was less severe than that in control group(P<0.05).The comfort rate of observation group was 96.7%,which was significantly better than that of control group(P<0.05).The effect of gastrointestinal function recovery in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The effect of plantar herb hot packing on abdominal distension with spleen deficiency and qi stagnation after laparoscopic cholecystectomy is remarkable.
