改良呼吸面罩在心内科危重患者护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨改良呼吸面罩在心内科危重患者护理中的应用效果。方法 选择2022年1月1日至2022年12月1日期间南昌市第一医院心内科收治的需要使用呼吸面罩的危重患者共计130例,随机分成观察组、对照组,每组65例,观察组患者使用改良呼吸面罩,对照组用常规呼吸面罩。对比两组患者一般资料,比较患者使用面罩后面部压力性损伤发生率、舒适度和满意度。结果 对照组患者面部压力性损伤严重程度Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ级发生率分别为36.92%、10.77%、1.54%、0,总发生率为49.23%;而观察组患者分别为9.23%、0、0、0,总发生率为9.23%,观察组面部压力性损伤总发生率低于对照组(P <0.05)。对照组、观察组患者舒适度评分分别为(2.85±0.79)分、(6.90±0.77)分(P <0.05)。对照组患者使用后总满意度为41.54%低于观察组的96.92%(P <0.05)。结论 改良呼吸面罩可减少心内科危重患者面部压力性损伤,患者的使用舒适度,提高临床护理满意度。Objective To explore the application efficacy of improved respiratory mask in the nursing of critically ill patients in the department of cardiology.Methods A total of 130 critical patients requiring respirator masks admitted to the department of cardiology from January 1 to December 1,2022 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 65 cases in each group.Patients in the observation group received improved respirator masks,while patients in the control group received conventional respirator masks.The incidence of facial stress injury,comfort and satisfaction of using between the two groups were compared.Results In the control group,the incidence of facial stress injury degree Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ were 36.92%,10.77%,1.54% and 0,respectively,and the total incidence was 49.23%;In the observation group,the incidence rates of facial stress injury were 9.23%,0,0 and 0,respectively,with a total incidence of 9.23%;The incidence of facial stress injury in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The comfort scores of the control group and observation group were(2.85±0.79) points and(6.90±0.77) points,respectively,and the comfort scores of the observation group were higher than stat of the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in control group(96.92% vs.41.54%,P<0.05).Conclusions Improved respirator mask can reduce facial stress injury,improve comfort level and improve clinical nursing satisfaction in critical patients in department of cardiology.
