中药腹部烫熨治疗联合快速康复护理对大肠癌根治术后患者的胃肠功能恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的 分析探讨中药腹部烫熨治疗联合快速康复护理对大肠癌根治术后患者的胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法 纳入2021年6月至2023年3月我院收治的62例大肠癌根治术后患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分成对照组(31例,常规护理)和观察组(31例,常规护理的基础上增加中药腹部烫熨治疗联合快速康复护理),记录评价组间胃肠道功能恢复效果、睡眠质量及心理状态评分。结果观察组肛门排气时间、排便时间、肠鸣音恢复时间早于对照组(均P <0.05);接受干预前两组患者的匹兹堡睡眠质量评价量表(PSQI)各评价维度得分无明显差异(均P> 0.05),接受干预后,观察组PSQI各维度评分降低幅度明显大于对照组(均P <0.05);两组抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)干预前无统计学差异(均P> 0.05),干预后,观察组SDS、SAS评分均低于对照组(均P <0.05)。结论 中药腹部烫熨治疗联合快速康复护理对大肠癌根治术后患者的胃肠功能恢复有积极作用,同时可明显改善患者的睡眠质量及心理状态。Objective To analyze the effects traditional Chinese medicine abdominal ironing treatment combined with rapid rehabilitation nursing on the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients with colorectal cancer after radical surgery.Methods Sixty-two patients with colorectal cancer treated in our hospital from June 2021 to March 2023 after radical surgery were included as subjects,and were divided into control group(31 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(31 cases,traditional Chinese medicine abdominal ironing treatment combined with rapid rehabilitation nursing on the basis of routine nursing)according to random number method.The effects of gastrointestinal function recovery,sleep quality and psychological status were recorded and evaluated.Results Anal exhaust time,defecation time and bowel sound recovery time in observation group were earlier than those in control group(all P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the scores of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Assessment Scale(PSQI)before intervention between the two groups(all P<0.05).After intervention,the PSQI scores of the observation group decreased significantly more than those of the control group(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)between the two groups before intervention.After intervention,SDS and SAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(both P<0.05).Conclusions TCM abdominal ironing combined with rapid rehabilitation nursing can effectively promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients with colorectal cancer after radical surgery,and can significantly improve the quality of sleep and psychological state of patients.
