摘　　要：目的 浅析Leep刀宫颈锥切术患者采用综合护理的效果与安全性。方法 选取2020年5月至2023年5月于万年县中医院收治的Leep刀宫颈锥切术患者60例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用综合护理,对比临床疗效。结果 观察组治疗后,结合护理指导改善了不良情绪,汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)和汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分均低于对照组(P <0.05);此外,在对比患者的疾病希望水平上,观察组患者的评分高于对照组;在生活质量评估中,观察组得分高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论Leep刀宫颈锥切术患者实施综合护理的效果显著,有助于提升患者的希望水平和生活指标,使患者在积极的心态中接纳治疗指导,为临床治疗提供了有利条件。Objective To analyze the effect and safety of comprehensive nursing for patients undergoing cervical conectomy with Leep knife.Methods A total of 60 patients with Leep knife conectomy were selected from May 2020 to May 2023,from Wannian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,the control group received routine care;the observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing,and the clinical effect was compared.Results After treatment,the adverse emotions were improved in the observation group combined with nursing guidance,and the HAMA and HAMD evaluation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);In addition,patients in the observation group scored higher than those in the control group on the level of disease hope.In the two groups of patients in the quality of life assessment,the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The effect of comprehensive nursing for patients undergoing cervical conectomy with Leep knife is significant,which helps to improve the patients' hope level and life indicators.Patients accept the treatment guidance in a positive attitude,which provides convenient medical services for the development of clinical treatment.
