摘 要:为了明确氟虫腈对鸟类的短期饲喂毒性效应。以准则推荐物种日本鹌鹑为试验对象,采用饲料拌药法对日本鹌鹑进行短期饲喂毒性测试,获取半致死浓度并评价其毒性等级。结果显示:95%氟虫腈原药对日本鹌鹑的短期饲喂毒性8 d的半致死浓度LC_(50)为367.6 mg a.i./kg饲料,95%置信限为343.5~394.4 mg a.i./kg饲料,毒性等级为“高毒”。结果表明:95%氟虫腈原药与饲料混拌被鸟类取食后,对鸟类会产生较高的毒性,因此在田间施用该农药时要注意对环境鸟类的保护。In order to determine the short-term feeding toxicity of fipronil to birds,Coturnix japonica was taken as the test object,and the short-term feeding toxicity test was carried out by mixing the pesticide with the feed to obtain the semi-lethal concentration and evaluate its toxicity.The results showed that the LC_(50) of the short-term feeding toxicity of 95 % fipronil to Coturnix japonica was 367.6 mg a.i./kg feed,and the 95 % confidence limit was 343.5 a.i./kg feed to 394.4 mg a.i./kg feed;the toxicity level was high.In conclusion,95 % fipronil mixed with feed would produce high toxicity to birds.Therefore,attention should be paid to the protection of birds when applying fipronil in the field.
