不同剂量布地奈德对儿童支气管哮喘疗效和炎症抑制的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨布地奈德不同给药剂量对儿童支气管哮喘疗效及对炎症因子的影响。方法选取支气管哮喘儿童86例,随机均分为高剂量组(1.0 mg布地奈德)和低剂量组(0.5 mg布地奈德)。比较两组患儿的总有效率、日间和夜间症状积分、肺功能水平变化、外周血Treg数量及百分比和血清炎症因子水平。结果高剂量组的总有效率高于低剂量组(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组治疗后日间和夜间症状积分、IgE、白细胞介素(IL)-6、IL-5、IL-4均下降,第1 s用力呼气量和用力肺活量、外周血Treg数量及百分比、IL-10、γ干扰素均升高,且高剂量组较低剂量组改善更为明显(P<0.05)。结论高剂量较低剂量布地奈德治疗支气管哮喘儿童疗效更佳。Aim To investigate the effect of different doses of Budesonide on children with bronchial asthma and inflammatory factors.Methods 86 children with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into a high-dose group(1.0 mg Budesonide)and a low-dose group(0.5 mg Budesonide).The total effective rate,daytime and nighttime symptom score,pulmonary function level,Treg number and percentage in peripheral blood and serum inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the high-dose group was higher than that of the low-dose group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the daytime and nighttime symptom scores,IgE,interleukin(IL)-6,IL-5,and IL-4 were decreased.Forced expiratory volume and forced Vital capacity at the first second,the number and percentage of peripheral blood Treg,IL-10,interferon-γwere increased,and the improvement in the high-dose group was more obvious than that in the low-dose group(P<0.05).Conclusion High dose Budesonide is more effective than low dose in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma.
