摘　　要：工匠精神是一种文化现象和文化传承,有着丰富的本质内涵,既反映了器用层面的物质文化,也反映了观念层面的精神文化。作为意识范畴的工匠精神是在科技、经济、文化、制度等诸多组织内外部因素共同作用下的产物,其源于人的需要,对人类实践活动有着重要的作用,并随着环境的变化而演变。工匠精神生发环境的变迁主要表现在:社会分工变迁、企业管理行为变革以及现代化进程中个体的碎片化。重塑当代中国工匠精神的方略是:建构新时代中国特色社会主义劳动价值体系,彰显价值和文化自信;走共富之路,营造和谐笃定、持之以恒、拼搏进取的社会氛围;完善制度和管理,为弘扬培育工匠精神提供制度保障;加强个体风险管理,打牢工匠精神主体的能力和自律基础。Craftsman spirit is a cultural phenomenon and cultural heritage,with rich essential connotations,reflecting both the physical-layer material culture and the spiritual culture of conceptual aspect.The craftsman spirit,as a category of consciousness,is a product of the joint action of many internal and external factors in organizations such as technology,economy,culture,and institutions.It originates from human needs,has an important reaction to human practical activities,and evolves with changes in the environment.The changes in the environment for the germination of craftsman spirit are mainly manifested in the changes in social labor division,changes in enterprise management behavior,and the fragmentation of individuals in the process of modernization.The strategies for remoulding the craftsman spirit in contemporary Chinese include the following:constructing a socialist labor value system with Chinese characteristics in the new era so as to highlight the value and cultural self-confidence,taking the road of common prosperity so as to create a social atmosphere with harmony and steadfastness,persistence,and enterprising,improve the system and management so as to provide institutional guarantee for promoting and cultivating the spirit of craftsmanship,and strengthening individual risk management so as to lay a solid foundation for the ability and self-discipline of artisan spiritual subjects.
