摘 要:党的十八大以来,中国开启了教育数字化建设的新征程。党的二十大报告提出要推进教育数字化,建设全民终身学习的学习型社会和学习型大国。借助数字化的发展浪潮和技术优势,慕课等在线教育为人们更为快速便捷地获取丰富的信息和知识提供了强大助力,形成了时时、处处和人人皆可学的教育新形态。慕课从西方产生到传入中国,人们往往将其视为一种“技术变革教育”的有效工具,但西方国家在通过慕课输出教育资源的同时,也在更为隐蔽而有效地输出其意识形态。西方慕课人文社科类课程反映的多是西方的文化传统和价值观,其中少量的关于中国的课程也是基于西方价值观的立场和视角设计和讲授的。西方慕课意识形态渗透的理论方式主要是理论歪曲、历史虚无、错误引导和片面鼓吹,其技术方式主要是网络大学堂和大数据挖掘。西方慕课的技术优势强化了西方国家意识形态输出的势能和效能。西方发达国家将意识形态包装成数字文化形式,更容易让中国大学生这群网络原住民和数字粉丝在无意识中产生认同偏移和错位。Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China has embarked on a new journey of digital education construction.The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to promote the digitization of education and build a learning society and a learning country with lifelong learning for all.With the wave of digital development and technological advantages,MOOC and other online education have provided a powerful boost for people to obtain rich information and knowledge more quickly and conveniently,forming a new form of education that can be learned anytime,anywhere and for everyone.Being introduced from the West to China,MOOC is often regarded as an effective tool for technology to change education.However,while Western countries output educational resources through MOOC,their ideologies are output more covertly and effectively.Most of the humanities and social science courses on Western MOOC platforms reflect Western cultural traditions and values,and a small number of courses about China are also designed and taught based on the stance and perspective of Western values.The theoretical methods of Western MOOC ideology penetration are mainly theoretical distortion,historical nihilism,misguidance and one-sided propaganda.The technical methods of Western MOOC ideology penetration are mainly online university halls and big data mining.The technological superiority of Western MOOC has greatly strengthened the potential energy and effectiveness of Western countries’ideology output.Western developed countries package ideology into digital cultural forms,which is easier for Chinese college students,a group of Internet natives and digital fans,to produce identity bias and dislocation unconsciously.
