冷凝器内蒸汽相变及流动阻力分析

摘  要:针对某船用辅冷凝器内工质流动与相变换热特性,对冷凝器内蒸汽的流动换热开展理论建模与数值计算。计算蒸汽流过换热管时压力变化,从而发现局部压阻较大位置,并得到该冷凝器不同阶段下蒸汽冷凝相变过程,最终得出该冷凝器内冷凝水的过冷度。该结果对现工况下冷凝器的试验具有极大的指导意义,并为改善冷凝器结构提供新的思路。The flow and phase change heat transfer characteristics of working fluid in a marine auxiliary condenser are focused on.The conducts theoretical modeling and numerical calculations on the flow and heat transfer of steam in the condenser.The pressure change when steam flows through the heat exchange tube was calculated,and it was found that the local pressure resistance is relatively high.Obtain the phase change process of steam condensation at different stages of the modified condenser,and ultimately obtain the undercooling of the condensed water inside the modified condenser.The results of the modification have great guiding significance for the testing of condensers under current operating conditions,and provide new ideas for improving the structure of condensers.
