摘 要:振动环境应力是影响船舶典型机电设备的寿命的关键因素之一。在得到船舶典型机电设备振动环境应力的应力剖面之后,通过仿真分析软件对设备进行建模,开展机电设备的全寿命振动试验环境应力剖面研究和加速试验仿真分析,获取最优振动环境试验应力剖面;然后,通过开展现场加速环境试验,对振动环境应力剖面进行比对、验证;最后,结合计算机仿真技术,不断优化加速环境试验应力剖面,从而形成船舶典型机电设备全寿命期振动试验技术和方法。Vibration environmental stress is one of the key factors affecting the lifespan of typical ship electromechanical equipment.After obtaining the stress profile of the typical mechanical and electrical equipment vibration environment on ships,the equipment is modeled using simulation analysis software to conduct research on the stress profile of the full life vibration test environment and accelerated test simulation analysis of the mechanical and electrical equipment,in order to obtain the optimal vibration environment test stress profile.Finally,by conducting on-site accelerated environmental tests,the stress profiles of the vibration environment are compared and verified,and combined with computer simulation technology,the stress profiles of the accelerated environmental tests are continuously optimized to form the full life cycle vibration testing technology and methods for typical marine electromechanical equipment.
