摘　　要：针对中国远洋海运集团有限公司(简称“中远海运”)14100 TEU集装箱船舵承水上更换作业的关键工艺研究与实施,分析舵承水上更换作业的可行性及关键技术;分析并确定舵承更换时舵系全部质量的临时承接方法;根据确定的承重方法和舵系规格临时承接工装并对工装进行使用期间的载荷校验。Aiming at the research and implementation on key technologies of rudder carrier replacement on China COSCO Shipping Group 14100 TEU container ship,the feasibility and key technical requirements of rudder carrier replacement on water are analyzed,the temporary supporting method for the total weight of rudder system during rudder carrier replacement is studied and determined.According to the determined load-bearing method and rudder system specifications,temporarily undertake the tooling and verify the load during use of the tooling.
